FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT VACCINATIONS DO YOU REQUIRE?

We ask that all our pups be up to date on Bordetella, Rabies,  Distemper, and Canine Influenza. This is for every dogs health and safety. Unvaccinated / expired vaccinated dogs will unfortunately not be able to play.

WHEN IS MY PUPPY OLD ENOUGH TO COME PLAY?

Puppies are allowed to play after they've had all their shots / vaccinations and you've been given the "okay" from your vet. This is typically at 16 weeks (4 months old).

MY PET HAS A SPECIAL DIET. CAN THEIR NEEDS BE ACCOMMODATED?

Of course. We're more than happy to accommodate any special diet, give supplements and administer medications at no extra cost.

WHAT DO YOU SUPPLY FOR OVERNIGHT BOARDING?

We always encourage parents to bring your pups favorite bed, blankets, chew toys and even a shirt that smells like home. No need to bring food dishes or bowls. We got you covered there and have plenty of extra blankets to keep every pet warm and cozy at bedtime.

HOW CAN I CHECK ON MY PET DURING THEIR STAY?

Our facility does not have camera access for client's to view, but you're always welcome to call to check in. Our team can also email photo updates and we post regularly on our social media pages.

ARE BIG AND SMALL DOGS KEPT TOGETHER OR SEPARATELY?

We do not fully separate our dogs by size. Breeds, temperaments, and overall comfortability are taken into consideration. Some older dogs do better with smaller pups who are less active, whereas some higher energy pups have more fun with our big dogs. It really depends on each pup's unique personalities and play styles. That said, we do have a "Toy Land" area designated for only little dogs and seniors. We allow pups to go wherever they'll be the most happy.
