Boarding Hourly Rate
Our hotel services are calculated on a 24-hour window. Any pickups after your original drop off time will be charged an additional rate of $2.50 per hour for daycare.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
YEAR ROUND
* 4+ days' notice of cancellation will result in no charge.
* 2 to 3 days' notice of cancellation will result in a 25% charge of the services originally booked. This also applies to picking up a dog early and/or shortening the stay prior to check-in. You will be charged 25% of the total services originally booked but not used.
* 1 days' notice of cancellation will result in a 50% charge of the services originally booked. This also applies to picking up a dog early and/or shortening the stay prior to check-in. You will be charged 50% of the total services originally booked but not used.
* No notice of cancellation will result in a FULL CHARGE of the services originally booked.
HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS
* 7+ days' notice of cancellation will result in no charge.
* 4 to 6 days' notice of cancellation will result in a 25% charge of the services originally booked. This also applies to picking up a dog early and/or shortening the stay prior to check-in. You will be charged 25% of the total services originally booked but not used.
* 1 to 3 days' notice of cancellation will result in a 50% charge of the services originally booked. This also applies to picking up a dog early and/or shortening the stay prior to check-in. You will be charged 50% of the total services originally booked but not used.

Please note: There is a THREE NIGHT MINIMUM STAY for all major holidays: Spring Break, Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's.
