Important Things to Know​

• Daycare packages are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase.

• Membership subscriptions can only be set up by our team. Please email or speak to us directly if you'd like to enroll.

• Daycare memberships work similarly to a gym membership: unused credits don't carry over month to month and instead fully reset at the start of each four-week (28-day) billing cycle. 

• Membership credits are flexible within each billing cycle. If you miss a week, you're welcome to double up another week to balance it out, as long as credits are used before the cycle renews. 

• The four-week billing begins on the day of enrollment and renews every 28 days. Because billing runs on a 28-day cycle (not a calendar month), renewal dates may shift slightly over time.  

• You can choose when to enroll. Some families start on the 1st, others mid-month (15th), depending on what works best for their budget and routine. 

• Memberships can be stopped at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Once a billing cycle has started, credits for that period are locked in. 

• Our booking system does not allow accounts to hold both a membership and daycare credits simultaneously. Clients must choose the option that best fits their schedule and booking needs. You're never locked into one option forever. Please email or speak to us directly if you'd like to switch plans. 

• Packages and memberships apply to daycare visits only and cannot be applied towards boarding.
